RAM Trucks Named “Best Truck Brand” For Third Consecutive Year:

Despite growing competition in the marketplace over the last year, the RAM brand has been named the “Best Truck Brand” by U.S. News & World Report. The Ram 1500 (DT), Ram 2500 (DJ), and Ram 3500 (D2) have been racking up awards left and right throughout the truck industry since the fifth-generation Ram 1500 hit dealers lot in January 2018. A year later, the revised fourth-generation Heavy Duty pickup hit dealers also scoring major wins for the brand in their respective segments.

The “Best Vehicle Brand” awards, evaluated 36 brands this year, taking in an industry-wide excellence for cars, SUVs, trucks, and luxury vehicles. Great news for brands like RAM, whose accolades help truck shoppers identify the outstanding representation of the brand in its category of interest.

The brand with the highest overall average score was named the winner in the category. The overall scores come directly from the U.S. News Best Cars rankings, which are based on a combination of safety scores, reliability data, and the consensus of the automotive press.
