RAM Quietly Introduces Power Wagon Off-Road Package For Its 2021 Models:

The new 2021 Ram 2500 Power Wagon 75th Anniversary Edition has answered a lot of enthusiasts’ demands for a more luxury-oriented version of the most capable off-road pickup on the market. The new special edition package not only adds more luxury content to the Power Wagon but several new features not pervious offered on the off-roader.

Now some of those features are trickling down to the standard 2021 Ram 2500 Power Wagon. Starting with the introduction of an Electronic Shift-On-The-Fly Transfer Case earlier this year, we are now seeing another couple of options quietly added to the standard Power Wagon models.

The new Power Wagon Off-Road Package adds the following equipment…

• 17-Inch x 8.0-Inch Bead-Lock Capable Wheels
• Rock Rails with Step Pad by Mopar_®

The new package adds $1,995 for customers in the United States and $2,000 for those living in Canada. 

In January, our spy photographers caught a standard Ram 2500 Power Wagon out testing near the Stellantis North American Headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan. What made this tester unique was the fact that it featured the new Power Wagon Off-Road Package, however, it also featured the 75th Anniversary Edition “jail-bar” grille. It led us to think that it might be an early 2022 model tester.

Nevertheless, the new 2021 Ram 2500 Power Wagon models equipped with the Power Wagon Off-Road Package are already arriving in select dealers. This particular one featured in this article is currently available at Safford Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Warrenton, Virginia as of the writing of this article.
