Ram Adds Warlock and Black Express to 2026 2500 Lineup in Canada
Affordable Heavy Duty Sport Trucks Head North
We recently took a closer look at the all-new 2026 Ram 2500 Warlock and Black Express models debuting in the U.S., but now we’ve got the full scoop on what Canadians can expect from these bold new entries. Ram is kicking off its 2026 Heavy Duty lineup in Canada with two fresh takes on the Tradesman Crew Cab 4×4—adding a custom look and useful content without breaking the bank.
Both trucks are designed to bring “sport truck” styling and capability to the entry-level space. They’re part of Ram’s bigger promise to launch 25 product announcements over the next 18 months. And while they carry an affordable price tag, there’s nothing bare-bones about these packages.
2026 Ram 2500 Black Express –

The Black Express is the more street-focused of the two. Available with either a short or long bed, it brings a performance vibe thanks to a sport hood, body-color bumpers and grille, and slick 20-inch black wheels. You’ll also find standard features like ParkSense front and rear park assist, black tubular side steps, and class-exclusive power trailer-tow mirrors.
Inside, it’s upgraded with cloth bench seating, full carpeting, and mats all around. This package adds $3,995 CAD on top of a standard 2500 Tradesman Crew Cab 4×4, bringing the total starting price to $78,385 CAD (that’s $75,790 MSRP plus $2,595 destination).
2026 Ram 2500 Warlock –

If you’re looking for a tougher, more trail-ready look, the Warlock is where it’s at. This one’s short bed only and adds off-road extras like 33-inch Goodyear Duratrac all-terrain tires, Bilstein™ shocks, hill descent control, an anti-spin rear diff, and a transfer case skid plate.
On the outside, it gets a blackout treatment with fender flares, black grille surround, and bumpers, plus a Warlock decal slapped on the bed. The diamond-cut 20-inch wheels finish off the aggressive stance. It’s priced at $78,885 CAD (that’s $76,290 MSRP plus $2,595 destination), including the $4,495 CAD Warlock package.
Under the Hood –

Both trucks come standard with the proven 6.4-liter HEMI® BGE (Big Gas Engine) V8, making 405 horsepower and 429 lb-ft of torque, paired with the Torqueflite HD 8-speed automatic transmission. For those who want serious grunt, the optional 6.7-liter Cummins High-Output (H/O) turbodiesel I6 cranks out 430 horsepower and a massive 1,075 lb-ft of torque, making it the best in its class.
All Ram 2500 models continue to benefit from the brand’s exclusive link-coil rear suspension, which is key to the 2500’s smooth ride—whether you’re loaded or unloaded.
Limited Volume, Built in Mexico –
Both the Warlock and Black Express are being built in Saltillo, Mexico, and will be available in limited quantities in Canada starting Q3 2025. They join an already strong lineup of sport trucks that includes everything from the Ram 1500 Express to the mighty Ram 2500 Power Wagon.
With these two new additions, Ram is making it easier for customers in Canada to get a cool-looking truck that doesn’t skimp on features or capability—all while keeping pricing in check. Expect these rigs to move fast once they hit dealership lots.
