Over the past few years, the Dodge has shifted its focus to Roadkill Nights as a kickoff event for Woodward Dream Cruise week. However, Dodge will continue to join forces with the Modern Street HEMI® Shootout (MSHS) to provide Mopar enthusiasts with an exciting gathering to showcase their vehicles during the upcoming 2023 Woodward Dream Cruise, tomorrow, August 19th.
For those unfamiliar with MSHS, it stands as the country’s most popular modern Mopar drag racing series, spotlighting vehicles equipped with modern HEMI® engines from Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep®, and Ram. While the series hosts events nationwide, its spotlight is on Detroit for the Woodward Dream Cruise week. This includes thrilling races at Milan Dragway leading up to the cruise.
Dodge and MSHS will be setting up along Woodward Avenue in Bloomfield Township, Michigan. While MSHS offers reserved parking spaces, Dodge is set to create an engaging atmosphere with an array of vehicles and activities throughout the day. The complete “Last Call” model lineup, Demon racing simulators, and other captivating Dodge vehicles will be on prominent display during the cruise.
In an exclusive event, Dodge has also extended an invitation to the media for a special morning gathering before the cruise, which promises to add to the excitement. For those unable to attend in person, comprehensive coverage will be provided by MoparInsiders.com, detailing all the highlights as they unfold. Additionally, a livestream will capture the action along the cruise route between 12 Mile Road and 13 Mile Road, accessible on our social media channels.
Mopar enthusiasts, this is an exceptional opportunity to explore the dynamic Dodge exhibit in Bloomfield Hills. We’re eagerly anticipating a big turnout on Woodward Avenue tomorrow and hoping to see many of you joining in the festivities.
