Maserati Announces New Leadership Team for North America

Strategic Management Changes Aim to Drive Maserati's U.S. Growth...

In an exciting move for Maserati, the luxury automaker has announced two pivotal appointments to its North American leadership team. Andrea Soriani will step into the role of General Manager of Maserati North America effective November 18, while Nicole Longhini will take on the role of Director of Marketing for the region starting November 4. This leadership shift aligns with Maserati’s ongoing focus on growth and reinvention in North America, the brand’s largest market.

Andrea Soriani, an industry veteran with nearly three decades of experience in luxury automotive and brand management, is no stranger to Maserati. He served the brand in various leadership roles over the years, including as Global Brand Marketing Manager and later as Maserati and Ferrari Brand Director. After a period in which he led high-level marketing for Lucid Motors and TAG Heuer North America, Soriani is thrilled to return to Maserati at a key moment in its North American development.

Soriani commented on his new role: “After seven years, I am honored to return home to the iconic Trident Brand. Maserati has represented the boldest expression of Italian luxury, craftsmanship, innovation, and performance in more than 70 markets, and this is our time to show the world how we are shaping the future of luxury mobility. I’m looking forward to bringing together this talented team, inspiring change, and leading the North American market to growth and success.”

Reporting directly to Maserati’s Global Chief Commercial Officer, Luca Delfino, Soriani will be responsible for overseeing all Maserati operations across North America. He succeeds former General Manager Kelly MacDonald, who has taken a new position within the Stellantis organization.

Adding to the strength of Maserati’s North American team, Nicole Longhini has been appointed Director of Marketing. With over 25 years in the automotive, racing, and aftermarket industries, Longhini brings a wealth of experience in brand development and creative strategy. Her previous roles include senior positions at General Motors, Fiat North America, and RECARO Automotive Seating, where she most recently served as Global Vice President of Product Development & Brand.

Longhini expressed her enthusiasm for the new role: “I am thrilled to join Maserati and look forward to enhancing the brand’s presence in North America. Maserati’s legacy of design and performance speaks to automotive passion in a way that few brands can match. This is an exciting time for us, and I am eager to lead our marketing efforts, deliver innovation, and build customer excitement.”

Santo Ficili, Maserati’s CEO, highlighted the importance of these new additions to Maserati’s leadership team. “I am pleased to welcome Andrea and Nicole to the Maserati Brand. Their vast global experience, leadership capabilities, marketing successes, and product development knowledge will further strengthen and refine Maserati’s impact in our largest market, during a critical time of transition and growth for the Brand and the broader luxury sector. I am confident that their proven history and ability to lead technically, commercially, and creatively will bring innovative ideas and launch a new era for Maserati in North America rooted in results.”

These appointments mark a significant shift as Maserati looks to bolster its U.S. presence. With strong backgrounds in marketing, brand strategy, and product development, both Soriani and Longhini bring expertise that Maserati hopes will resonate with North American luxury enthusiasts and drive growth within a competitive luxury market.
