Leapmotor Ships First Batch Of Electric Vehicles To Europe

Stellantis' Chinese EVs Will Arrive In Europe In September...

Leapmotor International, the 51/49 Stellantis-led joint venture between the automaker and China’s Leapmotor, has shipped the first batch of C10 crossovers and T03 city cars electric vehicles (EVs) from Shanghai, China, to European ports.

The Leapmotor C10 is the company’s first global product, built according to global design and safety standards. The C10 is based on Leapmotor’s self-developed LEAP3.0 technology architecture and is a fully equipped, family-centric D-segment crossover featuring a 420 km (261 miles) WLTP range and meeting the 5-star E-NCAP rating standard. After winning the “2023 International CMF Design Award” for its technological and natural aesthetic design, it recently won the 2024 Gold Award from the French Design Awards (FDA) and the 2024 Gold Award from the US MUSE Design Awards.

The Leapmotor T03 is a small five-door, A-segment city car that offers B-segment interior space. It features a 265 km (165 miles) WLTP range and was ranked No. 1 in the J.D. Power Initial Quality Study (IQS) in the small battery-electric vehicle (BEV) segment.
