SoCal LX Club Spring Fest 14 Is Only A Week Away:

Biggest 300, Charger, Challenger and Magnum Event Is Right Around The Corner...

One of the biggest events for Dodge Charger, Dodge Challenger, Dodge Magnum, and Chrysler 300 owners is the annual Spring Festival of LXs (widely known as Springfest). Springfest is the largest event for the LX-platform derived vehicles on the planet and is on the “Must Do List” for any modern Mopar fan. Over the past decade, the event has grown from a good-sized meet for locals, into an event where cars from several countries and thousands of diehard Mopar fans attend.

This year marks the 14th anniversary of the event, put on by the SoCal LX Club. This year Springfest is set for Saturday, March 23, at the Auto Club Raceway in Pomona, California. The event allows enthusiasts to show off their rides, build new friendships, check out the latest trends for their cars and see what others have done to their vehicles.

The Chrysler, Dodge, and Mopar brands will be represented at the event as well. Dodge thrill rides are a common staple at the event, while enthusiasts get to mingle with some of the FCA staff as well. Head of Passenger Car Brands – Dodge, SRT, Chrysler and FIAT, FCA – North America, and Head of Parts & Service (Mopar), FCA – North America, Steve Beahm, Head of Design, FCA, Ralph Gilles and Passenger Car and Utility Vehicle Design for FCA – North America, Mark Trostle, are just some of the FCA regulars that usually attend the event. Many others from the FCA Product Design Studio will also be there, talking to owners and fans for feedback for future projects.

With the event located at Auto Club Raceway, Dodge will also be showcasing the new 2019 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack 1320. The “grassroots” drag racer will be ripping it down the quarter-mile for people to see. But the FCA Product Design Studio usually shows off a design concept study (like last year’s 2018 Dodge Challenger T/A Shaker in Fortuno’s Gold) to test feedback. Rumor is that they might be showing off the upcoming 2020 Dodge Charger SRT HELLCAT Widebody that we recently discussed.

There is still time to register your car for the event. You can get yourself and your car registered HERE (you must register to attend!) You can also get all the updates at the Spring Fest Facebook page.
