Jeep® Shows Avenger 4xe and Wagoneer S at Autobello Barcelona

Showcasing Performance And Electrification At Spain's Premier Automotive Elegance Event...

Jeep® made an impressive showing at this year’s Autobello event in Barcelona, Spain, where automotive elegance and performance took center stage. Held at the prestigious Real Club de Polo de Barcelona, Jeep unveiled two standout vehicles: the Jeep Avenger 4xe and the all-new, all-electric Wagoneer S. Both models demonstrate Jeep’s commitment to combining high performance, luxury, and sustainability.

Jeep Avenger 4xe: Versatile and Electrified Adventure –

The Jeep Avenger 4xe is the latest entry into the B-UV segment. It is a compact but capable vehicle designed to meet the demands of European drivers. Built for rugged off-road adventures and efficient urban driving, the Avenger 4xe embodies Jeep’s adventurous spirit while prioritizing sustainability with its hybrid-electric powertrain.

Equipped with Jeep’s signature Selec-Terrain® traction control, the Avenger 4xe is built for versatility on various surfaces. It features protective moldings around its body and elevated headlights, ensuring durability for off-road conditions. The all-wheel-drive system integrates a mild-hybrid engine with two electric motors. The 1.2-liter engine produces 136 horsepower, while the two 21-kilowatt (kW) electric motors provide extra power and torque. The result is a combined 1,900 Newton meters of torque sent to the rear wheels, enhancing the vehicle’s ability to handle uneven terrain easily.

One of the standout features of the Avenger 4xe is its “power looping” technology, which ensures four-wheel drive functionality regardless of battery charge. This means drivers can experience the same smooth, controlled driving, whether navigating city streets or tackling rough landscapes.

Jeep Wagoneer S: Luxury Meets Electric Performance –

Alongside the Avenger 4xe, Jeep showcased the all-new Wagoneer S, an all-electric luxury SUV that blends premium comfort with cutting-edge electric technology. This model represents a leap forward for Jeep, providing powerful performance and luxurious features while reducing emissions.

Thanks to its dual electric drive motors (EDMs), the Wagoneer S offers an impressive 600 horsepower. These motors independently control the front and rear wheels for enhanced traction and instant torque, and the car accelerates from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just 3.4 seconds.

Inside, the Wagoneer S maintains Jeep’s tradition of offering top-tier luxury. The interior is outfitted with heated and ventilated premium seats and a McIntosh 19-speaker audio system, ensuring a refined experience for all passengers. Despite its focus on luxury, the Wagoneer S is just as capable off-road, featuring Jeep’s Selec-Terrain® traction control system to handle various driving conditions.

The debut of the Avenger 4xe and Wagoneer S in Barcelona highlights Jeep’s continued commitment to electrification in the European market, part of a broader strategy to combine performance with sustainability. The Avenger 4xe’s hybrid system and the Wagoneer S’s fully electric powertrain are key examples of how the brand is moving towards a more environmentally friendly future without compromising on power or capability.

As the Jeep Avenger 4xe embarks on its European tour, showcasing its adventure-ready features at events like CarFest in the United Kingdom and Grand Pavois in France, Jeep is positioning itself as a leader in the electrification of the SUV market. Similarly, the Wagoneer S signals the brand’s push into the luxury electric SUV space, providing drivers with a sustainable yet powerful alternative in the high-end vehicle market.
