Jeep® Officially Announces High-Velocity Yellow Color For 2023 Gladiator Models!
New Yellow Will Replace Snazzberry For 2023...
A few weeks ago, we broke down some of the upcoming changes to the 2023 Jeep® Gladiator (JT). One of those changes was the discontinuation of the popular Snazzberry (PRV) exterior color, in favor of the bright High-Velocity Yellow (PJF) color.
Yesterday, the Jeep brand officially announced the change to High-Velocity Yellow for the 2023 model year.
“Since the Jeep Gladiator arrived for the 2020 model year, customization has been a huge part of its identity,” said Jim Morrison, Senior Vice President and Head of Jeep North America. “In response to customer requests, High Velocity is the latest example of another bold shade that strengthens the enthusiastic personality of our loyal and avid Jeep community.”
High-Velocity Yellow will join Firecracker Red, Hydro Blue, Sarge Green, Silver Zynith, Sting-Gray, Granite Crystal, Black, and Bright White for the 2023 color palette. It will be available on all 2023 Gladiator models (except High Altitude) and will have a U.S. Manufacturer’s Suggest Retail Price (MSRP) of $395.
On another exciting note, Jeep plans on bringing two limited colors throughout the model year. The first is the new Earl (PGP), a color that is available throughout the entire year on Wrangler. Earl will be launched on January 2nd, 2023, so there will be a while to wait for Gladiator fans. The other limited edition color will be the return of the famed Punk’n. Punk’n fans, you will have to wait a full year as the color is scheduled to return to the lineup on August 28th, 2023.
