Jeep® Expands It’s “Badge Of Honor” Program To 68 Trails
Wrangler & Gladiator Owners Can Now Earn More Badges For Their Jeeps...
The Jeep® brand has long been synonymous with off-roading, embodying a way of life for enthusiasts who relish the thrill of conquering rugged terrains. Jeep recognizes and celebrates this passion through its Jeep® Badge of Honor program, an online community that rewards those who embrace the off-road lifestyle. In an exciting development, the program is expanding its catalog to include 68 trails, including six new additions, providing off-road enthusiasts with more opportunities to explore and conquer challenging terrains.
New Trail Additions –
The Jeep Badge of Honor program is adding six new trails to its catalog, making the off-road experience even more diverse and exciting:
- Quartz Canyon: Hot Springs Off-Road Park, Arkansas
- Barney Rubble Blue Trail #49: Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area, Pennsylvania
- Fern Ridge Trail #121: Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area, Pennsylvania
- C-2 Trail #141: Kansas Rocks Recreation Park, Kansas
- Rattlesnake Alley Trail #149: Kansas Rocks Recreation Park, Kansas
- Cougar Crossing: Southern Missouri Off-Road Ranch, Missouri
These trails offer a range of challenges and experiences for off-roading enthusiasts, from rocky terrains to muddy adventures. Jeep owners can now download the Jeep Badge of Honor app to discover trail highlights, difficulty ratings, and user photos. As they conquer these trails, they can earn hard badges to display on their Jeep brand 4×4 vehicles proudly.
Jeep Adventure Guides –
In addition to the Badge of Honor program, Jeep is introducing a built-in off-road adventure trail guide system called Jeep Adventure Guides. Powered by Trails Offroad, a respected leader in off-road trail guides and maps, these guides are available on the Uconnect 5 NAV system in the new 2024 Jeep Wrangler (JL) and Gladiator (JT). They are displayed on a high-resolution 12.3-inch screen, offering users detailed guides and maps for over 200 off-road destinations across the United States.
The Jeep Adventure Guides include the 68 Badge of Honor trails and iconic off-road destinations like the Rubicon Trail in California, Hell’s Revenge in Utah, and Jericho Mountain in New Hampshire. Jeep customers can now embark on new adventures or easily revisit their favorite off-road destinations.
Premium Subscription Option –
Jeep offers an annual premium subscription priced at $39.99 for those seeking even more off-road adventures. This subscription unlocks access to Trails Offroad’s extensive catalog of over 3,000 trail guides. These guides cover various difficulty levels and terrains, all expertly rated and described. Users can find key waypoints for turns, obstacles, and points of interest, enhancing their off-roading experience.
Unrivaled Integration and Updates –
The partnership between Jeep and Trails Offroad offers customers unparalleled integration, providing detailed information about the best off-road adventures in the United States and Canada. Over-the-air updates further enhance the experience, ensuring that users have the latest information at their fingertips. Customers can navigate directly to their chosen trailhead and track their progress with integrated trail route maps, cementing Jeep’s position as an off-road leader.
Enhanced Features –
The 2024 Jeep Wrangler has an enhanced Follow Mode, designed to provide drivers with the right information at the right time. As drivers approach waypoints on the trail, pop-ups display intersection directions, information about obstacles, and points of interest. Additionally, for trails that can be traversed in both directions, users can now navigate to the end of the trail, in addition to the start, expanding their off-road possibilities.
