Jeep® Brand Gets Ready To Launch Renegade & Compass 4xe Models:

With most of its production halted, for the time being, the Jeep® brand is going forward with opening up pre-orders for its new Jeep® Renegade and Compass 4xe First Edition models, until April 30th for its customers in Europe. However, to help deal with the current situation around Europe with the COVID-19 (or Coronavirus) crisis, the Jeep brand is taking its showroom experience to the next level. 

Without leaving the house, customers can discover the new models in the line-up, chat with a sales consultant and go ahead with the order of their vehicle thanks to the Google Hangouts Meet app. Italy is the first market to use this “remote” contact technology, which will be extended to other countries.

The iconic American brand is now celebrating that it will finally get a chance to launch it’s new compact “electrified” SUV lineup. Jeep has decided to pay tribute to the technicians and engineers who have had a hand in bringing the new Jeep Renegade and Compass 4xe to market, with an evocative video shot as the new “4xe” models completed an epic 2,360 mile (3,800 kilometers) road test, from the Mirafiori plant in Turin, Italy to the FCA Proving Ground in Arjeplog, Swedish Lapland.

Over the course of one thrilling week, the first Jeep plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) models in the EMEA region were put through their paces in real-world scenarios that customers themselves could encounter as the vehicles with their advanced plug-in hybrid systems were tested to their limits. Like all-new Jeep SUVs, the new Renegade and Compass 4xe models were subjected to a wide range of complex processes to guarantee the quality, safety, reliability, and comfort in all conditions.
