We have talked a lot about the upcoming 2020 Jeep® Renegade and Compass 4xe models over the past year. While ordering for the two new electrified Jeep models is now open in certain markets, the COVID-19 (or Coronavirus) pandemic put a hold on the official unveiling of the first two models to wear the new 4xe badge. Now the Jeep® brand has announced it will finally unveil its new plug-in hybrid (PHEV) models on Monday, July 20th.
The press conference will be held on social media, however, you can watch it live here on MoparInsiders.com in the video below. The press conference will start at 3:00 p.m. CEST (Central European Summer Time) or 9:00 a.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time).
The new 4xe models will be the Renegade and Compass featuring the best performance and driving dynamics ever and will represent the brand’s commitment to becoming the leader in sophisticated environmentally-friendly technologies.
The digital press conference will be presented by Antonella Bruno, Head of Jeep Brand EMEA; Marco Pigozzi, Jeep EMEA Product Marketing Director; and Francesco Cimmino, Propulsion System Chief and Global Chief Engineer Renegade and Compass PHEV.
