To participate, collectors must mail their original cash register or online receipts, along with the blister cards from single packs or UPC codes from multipacks to the address provided by Mattel. Additionally, a $7.00 shipping and processing fee is required. The promotion allows up to 10 cars per person, household, or address, but only one car will be provided for each $20 spent.

This promotion is valid only in the continental U.S.; participants must be 18 or older. Requests must be postmarked by October 10, 2024, and received by October 21, 2024. Mattel aims to deliver the Alfa Romeo 155 V6 Ti within 8-12 weeks after October 5, 2024. The company also reserves the right to provide a substitute vehicle of equal or greater value if necessary.
