German Aftermarket Company Builds Most Aggressive Maserati MC20 Yet!
Meet The MANSORY MC20 First Edition...
Is the Maserati MC20 too soft in your eyes? Well, German tuner MANSORY has unleashed its newest addition of upgrades for the Italian mid-engine super sportscar, which include a carbon fiber body kit, a re-upholstered interior, and a boost in horsepower.
The MANSORY MC20 First Edition carbon fiber body kit gives the car a completely different, yet more aggressive look. A front fascia with massively large air-intakes, a new engine cover with integrated scoop and heat extractor vents, similarly styled fenders, wheel flares, a massive rear wing, and an aggressive rear diffuser, help to transform the MC20 into something that looks less elegant and more ready for a hardcore track day.
The exterior features exposed carbon fiber, along with Satin Dark Gray finishes, highlighted with Bright Yellow accents, and a White center stripe with the colors of the Italian flag. A newly developed and adapted suspension with FV.5 wheels has also been added. The Dark Bronze staggered 21-inch x 9.5-inch (front) and 22-inch x 12-inch forged wheels wrapped in 255/30 R21 and 335/25 R22 performance rubber, really help to set the car off.
Inside, the car can be completely customized by the customer. This particular car was done with three color tones for the entire interior: Yellow, White, and Black. The Italian national flag colors are reflected in the form of a central stripe in the leather-wrapped sports seats and the headliner, similar to the exterior of the vehicle.
When it comes to power, MANSORY gave the twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter “Nettuno” V6 a boost to 720 horsepower (537 kW) and 627 lb.-ft. (850 Nm) of torque. That’s an improvement of 99 horsepower and 89 lb.-ft. of torque over its stock output. MANSORY says its enough additional power to propel the MC20 to 0 to 62 mph (0 to 100 km/h) in 2.7 seconds and a top speed of 205 mph (330 km/h).
MANSORY hasn’t listed any specific pricing for the modifications yet, as it will vary from car to car based on the customer’s wants. Nevertheless, we love the exterior body kit’s appeal on this version of the MC20. It definitely takes up the car’s presence to a Spinal Tap “11” rating.
