Filosa Makes More Management Moves In North America

Stellantis Strengthens Leadership With New Appointments In Canada And Fleet Operations

Stellantis CEO and North America COO Antonio Filosa continues to reshape the company’s leadership structure with another round of key executive appointments—this time focused on Canada and fleet strategy.

The automaker announced the appointment of Trevor Longley as the new President of Stellantis Canada, succeeding Jeff Hines, who has been named Head of North America Fleet Solutions. Both transitions will take place over the next several weeks, marking another step in Filosa’s ongoing effort to align Stellantis’ North American operations with its global growth plan.

Trevor Longley, President of Stellantis Canada. (Stellantis).

Longley, a Canadian with more than two decades of experience in the auto industry, brings a proven record in sales, marketing, and dealer operations. Before joining Stellantis, he spent ten years with Nissan Motor Corporation, where he most recently led its Canadian operations. Known for his focus on customer satisfaction and performance, Longley’s leadership helped strengthen Nissan’s retail and after-sales performance in a highly competitive market.

“I’m honored to join Stellantis at such a defining time,” Longley said in a statement. “Canada plays a vital role in the company’s North American success, and I look forward to building on the foundation Jeff and his team have established.”

Jeff Hines, Head of North America Fleet Solutions. (Stellantis).

Hines, meanwhile, transitions into a newly created position leading North America Fleet Solutions, where he’ll oversee the company’s evolving strategy for commercial and connected vehicle operations. Reporting to Michael Ferreira, Head of U.S. Fleet Sales since April, Hines’ new role will center around expanding Stellantis’ footprint in fleet and commercial markets, leveraging technology and connectivity to better serve business customers.

Hines has been with the company since 1997, holding a variety of leadership roles across product, sales, and dealer network management. After becoming President of Stellantis Canada in March 2024, he helped guide the brand through a challenging but transitional year.

Michael Ferreira, Senior Vice President of U.S. Fleet Sales. (Stellantis).

“Trevor and Jeff take on these new roles at a pivotal moment in our company’s history,” said Filosa. “Their combined experience and leadership will strengthen our North American operations and position us for long-term success.”

These moves reflect Filosa’s broader vision of streamlining Stellantis’ leadership structure to ensure agility and focus across key markets—an approach that continues to redefine how the automaker does business in North America.
