Dodge Releases 2019 Dodge Challenger Pricing:
HELLCAT Redeye Comes In Under $70,000USD...
Dodge has announced pricing for the entire 2019 Dodge Challenger lineup. What maybe more shocking than the fact that the all-new 797-horsepower SRT HELLCAT Redeye comes with a U.S. MSRP starting under $70,000, is the fact the most of the Challenger trims have had their prices lowered.
Challenger SXT RWD | $27,295 |
Challenger GT RWD | $29,995 |
Challenger SXT AWD | $30,295 |
Challenger GT AWD | $32,995 |
Challenger R/T | $34,100 |
Challenger R/T Scat Pack | $38,995 – ($1,000 gas guzzler tax [GGT] on manual transmission) |
Challenger SRT HELLCAT | $58,650 – ($1,700 GGT on all models) |
Challenger SRT HELLCAT Redeye | $69,650 – ($1,700 GGT ) |
The 2019 Challenger SRT HELLCAT received a 10-horsepower power boost and a new starting U.S. MSRP of $58,650, more than $5,000 less than 2018 model.
Also announced for the first time ever, is that the 2019 Dodge Challenger will be available with all-wheel drive (AWD) in two trim levels. Challenger SXT AWD and Challenger GT AWD will both be available for the 2019 model year.
It seems that the only trim level to receive an increase in price is the 2019 Dodge Challenger R/T that features the high-torque 5.7-liter HEMI® with 375 horsepower and up to 410 lb.-ft. of torque mated to either the TorqueFlite eight-speed or standard six-speed manual transmission. At a starting U.S. MSRP of $34,100 compared to the 2018 U.S. MSRP of $33,995.
Production of the 2019 Dodge Challenger is scheduled to start at the Brampton Assembly Plant (Ont.) in the fall with vehicles starting to arrive in dealerships in the fourth quarter of 2018.
