Dodge Officially Reveals Pricing for 2024 Charger Daytona
The All-Electric Muscle Car Era Begins with the R/T and Scat Pack Models...
After pricing was leaked over the weekend, Dodge officially announced the pricing for its highly controversial all-electric 2024 Charger Daytona First Edition. Available as a two-door model only for 2024, the Charger Daytona will feature two models, the R/T and Scat Pack. Both models will feature Direct Connection eStage upgrades as standard equipment for First Edition models to make them stand out from their 2025 counterparts.
Pricing and Models –
The all-new 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona R/T will start at a U.S. Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $59,595. Meanwhile, the Charger Daytona Scat Pack, which tops the lineup, begins at $73,190. Both prices exclude a $1,995 destination fee. These electric muscle cars also qualify for a full $7,500 federal tax credit when leased, making them an attractive option for performance car buyers.
Charger Daytona R/T First Edition –
The Charger Daytona R/T boasts a factory-installed Direct Connection Stage 1 Upgrade, pushing its output to 496 horsepower and 404 lb.-ft. of torque. It comes equipped with 18-inch aluminum wheels wrapped in 245/55R18 all-season tires and features a sport suspension. Other notable features include:
- PowerShot Boost: Adds an extra 40 horsepower for 15 seconds via a steering wheel button.
- One-Pedal Driving: Regenerative braking with three adjustable levels via paddle shifters.
- Advanced Infotainment: A 12.3-inch Uconnect 5 radio with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
- Safety Features: Includes automatic emergency braking, active lane management, drowsy driver detection, and more.
Charger Daytona Scat Pack First Edition –
The Scat Pack version takes performance to the next level with a Direct Connection Stage 2 Upgrade, delivering a massive 670 horsepower and 627 lb.-ft. of torque. It accelerates from 0-60 mph in just 3.3 seconds and completes the quarter-mile in approximately 11.5 seconds. Additional features exclusive to the Scat Pack include:
- Track Package: Includes red Brembo brakes, larger aluminum wheels, and a gloss black rear spoiler.
- Drive Modes: Track, Drag, and Custom modes for tailored performance.
- Race Options: New Donut and Drift Modes, Launch Control, and Line Lock for enhanced racing capabilities.
- Interior Upgrades: High-back performance seats with leather and suede trim, and a Drive eXperience Recorder for capturing performance data.
Design and Technology –
Both models feature a sleek design with a hidden hatch, widebody proportions, and a unique front R-Wing pass-through for improved aerodynamics. The Fratzonic Chambered Exhaust, a patent-pending feature, ensures these EVs retain the aggressive sound synonymous with Dodge muscle cars.

Charging and Availability –
Customers of a 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona will have a choice of an at-home Level 2 charging station or $600 in charging credits through Free2move Charge. A Level 3 DC fast charger can recharge the car from 20% to 80% in just over 27 minutes. Production of the two-door Charger Daytona models will begin in summer 2024, with four-door versions and additional gasoline-powered models set to follow in 2025.
