The Koval demotion:
Mike Koval, currently Ram Brand CEO, is appointed Head of Mopar North America, reporting to North America Chief Operating Officer Mark Stewart. He will have responsibility of a strategic P&L for the performance of the North America region"
Tim 's promotion
Timothy Kuniskis, "currently Dodge Brand CEO, will extend his scope to include Ram Brand CEO as well. Timothy Kuniskis’ rich understanding of the North American market will contribute to Ram’s continued growth plan with a special focus on global expansion."

Base on recent past history
Tim could end up as Carlos's successor at Stellantis (see Manley trajectory) , Koval could be out of the company.

Lots of major corporations are going through massive personal changes from promotions, demotions and firings. The corporate world is in a semi panic mode as the culture of business is transitioning, by choice and by coercion, into something not clear yet. Anticipation of a global recession, lead by the mismanaged American economy, with downsizing and consolidation as the order of the day. The transition to electrification thinking is collapsing and the price to pay for this miscalculation is just revealing itself. Bad days ahead for corporate management. 2024 can not come fast enough.

Good, since it feels like Ram is and has been left out to dry (i.e the 2500. 3500 still on the old DS platform and falling way behind the competition) since Koval was running things.
Even the 1500 is just now going to get an update while all the others are already on the second one.
