EcoDiesel Fuel Pump Could Happen...
Stellantis (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2014 to 2020 Jeep® Grand Cherokee (WK2), and 2014 to 2019 Ram 1500 (DS) vehicles equipped with the 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V6 engine. The vehicles could have been built with a high-pressure fuel pump (HPFP) that could fail prematurely. The HPFP failure may introduce internal debris into the fuel system, potentially resulting in fuel starvation.
