How long can this clueless leadership team be allowed to keep running this into the ground??

The clowns at Daimler and Cerberus carved out hundreds of engineers and once Sergio came in he said it would take 10+ years to rebuild them, now the clown show from FRANCE is laying them off again!

Am just an observer and not a negative person, but am a realist. Have been alive through the Iacocca, Daimler, Fiat and now Stellantis. I just am not fond of the upper management person’s style of running the company. Accounting mentality tends to look and numbers. Payable folks tend to look at inventory and payment terms. Operation tend to choke sales with systems. A company is best ran by sales however governed to a degree by the other listed entities.
I say this only because of the love amd care of the employees, their work and efforts, and for the brands.
