Any new info about the eco diesel recall?

My fuel pump failed last Thursday and today I was told they will be replacing it with the same ol’ trash pump, so that’s a no on getting anything upgraded. I guess we’ll see how long this one lasts. Maybe it’ll catch on fire this time. 
**08/15/2023: FCA US will notify dealers and begin notifying owners with the Final Owner letter in phases, starting with the Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Gladiator, on or about 10/24/2023.
