Maserati North America, Inc. (Maserati) is recalling 56 units of its 2022 MC20 super sportscars in the United States. According to the recall, the brake lights of the cars may malfunction by unintentionally flickering due to faulty rear tail lights. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, “Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment.”
