Ram Teases It’s Upcoming Dakota Midsize For South America

Production-Ready Dakota Revealed Ahead Of 2026 Brazilian Launch

Ram is officially reviving one of its most beloved nameplates — the Dakota. Following the Nightfall Concept reveal in August, Ram has now shown the first official video of the production-ready truck for the South American market, giving us a clear look at what’s to come.

Built at Stellantis’ Córdoba Assembly Plant in Argentina, the all-new Dakota will slot below the Rampage, offering mid-size truck buyers a blend of capability, comfort, and style that Ram trucks are known for. The design remains faithful to the concept, featuring a bold front fascia, muscular wheel arches, and a strong Ram DNA evident from every angle.

First 2027 Ram Dakota Warlock Rolls Off The Line In Argentina

South America Gets Fired Up About New Ram Midsize Pickup

The first 2027 Ram Dakota Warlock has officially rolled off the production line at Stellantis’ Córdoba Industrial Complex in Argentina, marking a major milestone for Ram’s expansion in South America. The new Dakota is the brand’s first midsize pickup for the South American market, since Ram became an independent marque in 2009, and completes the brand’s lineup with compact, full-size, heavy-duty, and now midsize offerings.

Ram South America should receive praise not only for great product, but for setting the table for North America Ram’s return to the mid-size market with its own pickup.
Is that my stomach growling??
We can place blame, point fingers and wring out hand in frustration or we can be inspired, motivated and validated by the appeal of the Ram brand so obviously and put on our our truck aprons and get this Ram mid-size pickup cooking and to market quickly.
No more study grouped, no more surveys, no more delays, it’s meal time.
Our Brazilian chefs have taken all doubt off the table and served up a Warlock that’s ready for consumption here. Toledo awaits and so do lots of product starved Ram buyers here.
It’s time to hear a loud and clear “ dinner is served” from Ram.
Appetizing thought.
