Ram Rampage Spotted Testing In Italy The Same Day As Fieracavalli Announcement

Compact Pickup Sighting Hints At Ram’s Deeper European Testing Plans

The timing couldn’t be more interesting. On the very same day that Ram Trucks Europe announced it would showcase the Brazilian-built Ram Rampage at Fieracavalli 2025 in Verona, our good friend Walter Vayr (@GabetzSPYUnit) spotted a Laramie-trimmed Rampage being road-tested near Turin, Italy. The coincidence has sparked fresh speculation that Ram could be quietly preparing its compact pickup for potential European validation.

Two things.
I would bet if this gets the green light for Europe, they will see it in their show rooms before the U.S. sees our midsize Ram.
Second, I bet the folks in South America (and maybe Europe) LOVE seeing the U.S. flag in those tail lights!!! lol

I wonder with which price tag :-D Stellantis is very overpriced, at least here in Germany. The U.S. flag is not an issue at all, would be strange to see an Italian or German flag in the tail lights of a vehicle made by a U.S. comany. Mini/BMW did the same with the Union Jack in the tail lights.

However, that Rampage looks like a dop-ass alernative to the Ranger/Amarok. Looking forward to take a look at one, once they are available.

Personally I would never buy a full size 4 door PU truck but I would seriously consider a compact PU for a second vehicle. It seems that Chrysler NA needs some new thinking for the NA market to get over thinking a compact PU would steal sales from the RAM. But FORD has made a killing with it's Maverick and GM has smaller PU's on the way. Meanwhile Chrysler NA ignores this $$$ making sales jack pot, WTF ? " Day late and a nickel short ".
