Big changes are coming to Ram Trucks—and fast. In a bold statement posted to LinkedIn, Ram CEO Tim Kuniskis confirmed the brand will launch 25 new product announcements over the next 18 months, signaling a major shift for the truck-maker known best for its half-ton and Heavy Duty pickups.

Really great news for Ram. The lifestyle Rampage from Brazil and the Dakota mid size would be game changes. Filling these glaring gaps in the Ram portfolio is beyond needed and the wait has been frustrating as well as a big money making lost opportunity to date. While the Rampage gains accolades and sales, the easy answer with a few compliance fixes for Ram is rejected outright by a super macho real truck guy named Carlos Tavares. Macho, macho man, hey hey, hey, hey, hey.
Right!

there is only one thing i can say here. IM EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that's all.

Great news!!! Saw this coming, but didn’t expect 25!
Correct me someone if I am wrong on this…
I thought the Ram 1200 from South America is based on the Fiat Titano and was the compact Ram and the Ram Rampage from Brazil was more the mid size Ram which was bigger than the 1200.

What he considers new is not what I would consider new. Just because they are new does not mean they are good. Remember the BS Challengers - Black Ghost, etc? All of them were trash and nothing about them were new, period. That little Rampage is utter trash based on a trashy, European platform. Weak. I don't have anything good to say here.

If he wants to lower prices quit making ridiculous requirements for option packages. If you want the Night Edition, you have to move to a Level 2 pac. On the Laramie the level 1 is 500, Level 2800. The level 2 has many things I don't want or need. The screen in place of the glove box is one thing, the 14.5" screen instead of the 12" . Forcing the level 2 causes the Laramie Night Edition to be about 3000 more than the than the F150 Lariat, Laramie =, with their black package. There is nothing in the higher level package that relates to any trim piece in the Night Edition.

This is exciting and much needed news for Ram and their customers right now and it really needed.

Not sure why these products were not considered before and they are probably still two years away minimum they better get it right.

I hope they get the styling right on the new Dakota sized truck and it better have a frame and box like a real truck, the GM twins in this catagory look nice.

Yeah, you’re a fool. And wrong.

No, the Last Call specials weren’t trash, they were special packaging. More could have been done, but I’m not calling the shots. Other than the Black Ghost package being based upon a fake ‘70 Challenger (it’s been proven to be a bogus story), there was nothing wrong with them. Sure, more power would have been nice, but oh well. And you could get things in Charger Super Bee not offered on anything not called a Demon. So pipe down loser

So, go away. You won’t last long here. Having nothing nice to say means you’re a troll, and should be banned. Unfortunately they don’t ban folks here, but I’m game to call you out every single time. Every. Single. Time.

The current Ram 1200 is Chinese, like some of the Mexican Dodge products.

How will the next Ram Promaster City avoid both the tariffs and the Chicken Tax? A version of the Ram PMC with the Pacifica's PHEV system would be a popular choice, in my opinion.

Challenger trash? I agree this opinion is baseless. Dodge for two years was ranked the best built brand.
My 2019 Challenger R/T Plus has been flawless for six years and counting, build quality is outstanding for its rather modest price that delivers an amazing and exciting ride. Dodge might be guilty of milking the Challenger for all it’s worth with these special packages, but the basic platform from the very start is a notable success story and for millions, a great product. The new Charger, I believe in Six Pack, Hemi and even electric configurations, built in the same plant, will prove to be a successful and well built product, mark my words. I can’t wait to drive that Six Pack, an amazing configuration of one beautiful car.

Build a Ram 1500 with a "heavy payload package" like Ford used to do. That would be very neat.

Also, a midsize truck that actually looks good and has a great off-road package to compete with Ford, GM, and Toyota would be very nice.

Make the 6.4 Hemi available on ALL trim levels of Ram 1500.

There are some simple things here that would make a lot of money.
