When it comes to legendary Mopar muscle, it doesn’t get much more serious than this. Crossing the block at Mecum Harrisburg 2025 on Saturday, July 26th, is one of the rarest aero cars Chrysler ever built — a 1969 Dodge HEMI® Charger 500, and not just any version. This is a factory J-Code HEMI car, 1 of only 67 produced, and the only known example finished in White with a Red interior, according to the Chrysler Registry.

Who did the restoration on this Charger 500?You would think that for what they will want for this 500,that they could get the grille to fit a little better. And don't say that's how they were built,as back in Feb 1969 Hot Rod did their test of a Hemi Charger 500 and the grille looked nothing like this grille.....It actually was centered like they all were.Restoration shops like to say that's how they were made in order to cover up their limited skills in the restoration of a car. These shops are just skating by pushing off their shoddy work for top dollar prices.
