My Chrysler concepts 2025

Nice designs but they just see these as stealing sales from the vehicles they are based on, hence why Chrysler currently has nothing except the van. They need to break ground on a new segment first, then design the vehicle after. I would do a Chrysler version of the Promaster van that implements camper utility or other things that would nab buyers from a typical CUV or SUV.

That’s actually my point. IMO Jeep has strayed too far from what it used to be. More “Chryslers” than “Jeeps.” Leaving Chrysler underutilized. Now a coupe , convertible or sedan is Chryslers playhouse ! But suvs boost sales lol. Plus we / N.A. buyer already associate Jeep with Chrysler. So why not Jeep, smart money is to share the R&D platform cost , tuning & engineering. Incorporating their AWD setup. Providing higher shareholder returns & getting quicker product. Adding to Chryslers ability to branch out on more niche projects. Then Jeep gets to Develop new products & market specific suvs : Wrangler , GC , ( Trackhawk ,Deserthawk ect. ).You want to argue a Jeep is as good as Rover. But if you’re targeting Rover & Kia you’ve lost both buyers. Kia : telluride “Flatters” its buyers into Range Rover aspirations. But If you’re Chrysler you’re not faking. The idea of Trailrated is already there with CDJR Universally. So a mainstream Chrysler isn’t anything like a Jeep.
