Mopar is bringing vintage swagger back to Las Vegas for the 2025 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show with one of its boldest builds yet — The Dude Ram 1500 Concept. Reviving a nameplate that once captured the essence of the early-’70s sport truck craze, this modern reinterpretation blends nostalgia with modern performance in unmistakable Mopar fashion.

It's a cool enough truck in itself. I might have marketed it a bit differently though. I would have actually have a legitimate Ram 1500 R/T trim level to solidify the Ram 1500 in the performance street truck market and then I would have added different tiers to it. The ground effects, hood and side exhaust would all be standard for the Ram R/T with the basic R/T featuring the N/A 5.7L Hemi with the option for the Dude Appearance pkg. Next I would have had an R/T Express with the more powerful 3.0L Hurricane S/O with 420hp/468tq, chrome grille and chrome accents on the side exhaust, hearkening back to the "Li'l Red Express" of the mid-'70's. Next up would be the R/T Rumble Bee with the 550hp 3.0L Hurricane H/O with the Rumble bee graphics, console shifter, RHO level interior, a tailgate duckbill spoiler and a few other unique pieces. At the top of the R/T list would be the 650hp Supercharged 5.7L Powered Ram 1500 R/T Daytona pickup with the Daytona wing on it, the RHO Style interior, console shifter, and everything else that this current truck has.
