Even with an auto trans and 315x35x20 tires with a tread wear of 300 getting traction in a hard pull in my Scat Pack is challenging. Even hard sifts into second or third will break loose my tires and at times cause the rear of the car to want to change lanes. With a manual, hole shots and up shifts in a race would be absurdly dangerous. One car accidents are with Scats and Hell Cats are common to those who know the danger. Wet roads ? Watch out !~
