Top Fuel team owner and driver Josh Hart took on a new challenge in 2025, announcing his entry into the Flexjet Factory Stock Showdown Series. Hart, who continued to pilot his R+L Carriers-sponsored Top Fuel dragster in all 20 Mission Foods NHRA Drag Racing Series events, partnered with David H. Davies and DHDR to field a Burnyzz Speed Shop-branded Dodge Challenger Drag Pak for the eight-race Factory Stock season.

As a former ‘69 Barracuda drag racer this pro class is my favorite. There is no doubt that Dodge will need a next generation V-8 to compete in this popular class as the Hurricane powered Challenger demo car they rolled out clearly was a dud.
I expect a next generation Hemi powered Challenger will be the new FSS racer for Mopar in the relatively near future. Till then it’s the tried and true Challengers for Dodge in 2025. Good luck guys !
