TK's Garage ran a subsequent video where he explains that CDJR would be separated from Stellantis and become a holding of Exor. The legacy Chryco brands would no longer be under Stellantiis control, but still under the Exor umbrella similar to Ferrari and Iveco. Stellantis is a holding of Exor, but Exor no longer has controlling interest in that business unit due the massive loss of stock value when Tavares was at the helm. (This last bit was from a different website that deals with the global stock markets.)

Daimler had an offer from Magna, but they chose the three headed dog because they would be forced to keep using Daimler parts, where Magna would have cut that off and used their own. IF this is a factual thing (I doubt it) I am sure Elon would be tapped to oversee that it lands in competent hands. There was a car czar last time when Fiat took it over.
