New is the problem... unless it just hides on the stock exchange. You own three of the historic Corporate Brands in the history an it leverages them none.... Of course this isn't unprecedented look at InBev. It just smacks of PR naming scheme used in the pharmaceutical industry.

Technically this is not a merger. FCA will eat PSA. PSA will fold into company called FCA French registered in France. When it happens PSA shares will be cancelled. All major FCA subsidiaries like FCA US, FCA Italy, FCA French and FCA itself will change their name to Stellantis + suffix if there is one.

Sorry, PFC to me is a still-wet-behind-the-ears, hormone-driven Soldier or Marine...not great when one of your biggest Detroit rivals is a General. How's that for my first Mopar Insiders post?
