Grand Cherokee uconnect

I have a 2023 grannd cherkee with uconnect problems, black screen , lock up, lose blue tooth, constant re-booting tom tom maps.
Been in 5 times. Supposedly an update is in the works, but i have no confidence.
Service rep told me almost all uconnect 5 systems have issues.
I am considering a lemon law suit.
Any input from anyone?

Well that seems to be a bit of exaggeration. Mine will occasionally have a black screen for a moment not enough to bother. I don't use Tom Tom enough to notice a problem with it. Bluetooth is often you headset.

My guess is a lose connection .... Have you contacted Jeep Wave or another dealer.... I don't think you will get Lemon until these are tried.

Sometimes, a soft reset can resolve temporary glitches
