Just days into his new role, Stellantis CEO Antonio Filosa isn’t wasting any time. In his first public Town Hall meeting with employees, held via livestream from Turin, Italy, Filosa made it clear that the company’s long-term strategic direction is already under review.
“We have already started looking at our long-term strategic plan, which we will share when we are ready,” Filosa told employees during the meeting. This refers to the “Dare Forward 2030” plan introduced back in March 2022 by former CEO Carlos Tavares.
