FCA Earnings/Wall Street Confernce call:"Chrysler record profit" & Alfa writedown

All in Euros€ (Currently $1.12 U$D)
*"Chrysler"/North America: €2.019 billion (EBIT Margin of 10.6%)
*EMEA ("Italian operations"): EBIT loss of €55 miilion (negative EBIT Margin of -1.2%)
*Maserati: EBIT loss of €51 million (negative EBIT Margin of -12.9)
*Asia Pacific: EBIT loss of €10 (negative EBIT Margin of -1.5)
*LATAM(South America): €152 million (EBIT Margin 6.9%)
 
Better than Ford EBIT, but outside of the two Americas....could use a merger.

Manley stated there still tons of work to do in arriving to a final deal, but stated the Merger came together quickly.
 
Manley stated the Company will remain discipline with inventory.
 
Palmer praise RAM performance and LATAM performance.
 
Palmer stated Maserati loss is driven by destocking.
Palmer looks for North America to repeat performance or stronger than Q3.

Hopefully there will be China deal in next few month, there economy is being dragged down by the Trade talks
 
Manley stated the 2022 guidence isn't realistic, nor the street believes.
Sergio's 2022 profit targets are out.

Manley stated Alfa will be refocused where it can succeed at, and he believe the updated plans can generate an acceptable return on investment.

Manley states he target full utilization in Europe is the by 2022 thanks to new products & increase local Jeep production.
 
Manley stated he thinks Turkey & Argentina will remain "structurally weak" through 2023.
 
Manley states they will take no questions about PSA (they are not in a position to expand beyond the Press Release).
