Race fans and Mopar enthusiasts have a rare opportunity to own a piece of Dodge and NASCAR history, as a 2011 Dodge Charger NASCAR Sprint Cup Series car once campaigned by Penske Racing has just surfaced for sale on BringATrailer. This particular Gen5 Cup car competed in two races during the 2011 season with driver Kurt Busch behind the wheel and later carried Brad Keselowski’s name and the familiar #2 Miller Lite livery that made Dodge’s final years in NASCAR so memorable.

How I miss my Dodges on the race circuit. I don’t watch NASCAR after Dodge exited and it’s amazing how I’ve lost any interest. As a true performance brand Dodge must be deeply involved in NASCAR Cup and NHRA Factory Stock and Stock Eliminator classes much more than currently with competitive new race cars and sponsorships. Race on Sunday Sell on Monday may be old school but it still has legitimacy. A new Hemi Dodge Drag Pack is a must do for Dodge as is a Cup car. This article brings back those days of glory and excitment.
I’m sick with boredom with the NFL, so give me a reason to watch Dodge kick butt as an alternative to these awful NFL teams that blanker every Sunday on TV.
Please. Let’s go racing boys !
