Dodge is wasting no time proving that muscle cars aren’t dead — they’re just evolving. Yesterday, orders officially opened for the all-new 2026 Dodge Charger Scat Pack SIXPACK four-door. Packing 550 horsepower, standard all-wheel drive (AWD), and classic Dodge attitude, this sedan is now the most powerful four-door you can buy for under $60,000.

Hope others like myself see an incredible product in this Six Pack Charger. As a Hemi Challenger owner I agree, it’s an awesome engine and exciting ride. But that ride has limitations, like few safe places to “open her up” and drawbacks, like lack of stability in wet or snow conditions. For me I see the Six Pack as an equally powerful performance car that solves the traction problem that fair minded people will gravitate toward as a daily driver that offers manageable excitement and great looks too.
I see no reason the four door SO Six Pack R/T Charger will not sell well, it’s my choice with the Plus package and many should agree. Certainly worth consideration.
The big downside for Dodge was even producing the ill fated Daytona, but the remedy is the Six Pack and of course, the Hemi.
Better days are ahead for Dodge, this Six Pack is day one.

Bring on the Charger Pursuit!! Can't imagine how bad ass that will be for PD's throughout the US and Canada. The previous version was a great Police vehicle, I bet this would be a heck of a step up.

I am really excited about this car. These pics give me '68 Bullitt Charger vibes and I love it! What really excites me about this though is the fact that Direct Connection is coming out with stuff for this vehicle that fit both the coupe and sedan. This car, with the Lowering kit, the hood, the front lip, the spoiler and those fenders would look amazing in all black. And this is just the beginning of what is coming for this car from Dodge. I've been waiting to see what this car looks like in a black four door and this is everything that I was hoping and then some. The aftermarket has already shown that this engine responds well to upgrades and there are already tunes, intakes, blow off valves and exhaust systems for the Hurricane powered trucks so the ground work is already laid out for this car. And this car is AWD so weather isn't a problem anymore with this thing so this car, IMO is 100% better than the previous generation vehicles, even without the HEMI V8.

No manual, no care.
No Manual - very few that care... take rate is nonexistent. Hasn't been available in a Charger since in was little L bodies car with the spunky 2.2 and 90hp.

Still Torque converter = not interested.

Once they update the the ZF model I will buy one.

Let's face it, with a cell phone in one hand, and a Big-Gulp in the other, how is a person supposed to shift a manual transmission.🤔

Plus it slower and less efficient. If you want to mimic a race car now it is paddle shifters.

If you want old school, buy old school. My 1970 Challenger R/T was a four speed and a time warp for me to my street cruising/racing days in Queens for three decades. Those White Castle days were fun, but then age caught up to my left leg and right arm and it’s a new Hemi Challenger with those paddle shifters that keeps me going.
I miss popping the clutch, down shifting in turns and trying not to miss that first to second power shift, but at least I can still floor it, pull a paddle and remember when. Broke my heart to sell my ‘70 but it’s now in younger hands. Go old school in a classic Mopar to enjoy the rowing and new school when Father Time tells you it’s time.
