Saw that GM is releasing more Silverados because the chip shortage is waning.
Any insider info available that concerns Mopar??

Oh man I hope so, I ordered a 1320 on October 22nd and am hoping to get it this year. The dealer did give me a VIN number on October 27th, so that's promising...

UPDATE: My dealer called me yesterday to let me know my Challenger is shipping later this month and should arrive by mid-December. If that happens that will be five weeks from time of order to shipment; that's not too bad even in good/normal times...

Hopefully your ordered car will arrived with micro chips already installed. I heard that Ford is still ordering their cars and leaving them in lots. When Ford gets the micro chips they will have their dealership technicians trained to install the chips not the factory.

They cut heated seats and steering wheels to help
Was there ever a cool seat option? Once micro chips are abundant will the heated seats and steering wheels come back? Which option packages are these features in or are these standard features?

Yes they will bring them back then. GM cut the heated seats and steering wheels across several products.
