The wait is over—well, almost. The 2026 Ram 1500 (DT) pickups are officially landing on dealer lots across the country. While all eyes may be on the return of the legendary 5.7-liter HEMI® V8, the first wave of trucks showing up right now are powered by either the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 with eTorque, or one of the two flavors of the twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter HURRICANE I6—standard-output (S/O) or high-output (H/O).

Ram will have to count me out for this new truck.....No reg cab is offered..And I like reg cabs....Plus the 10 year/100,000 mile warranty is a joke.....Doing something as small as changing your own oil will void it out.....Plus the 5.7 is a $2895 option on top of the truck....Stellantis probably has about $500 in this engine...And that's after paying the UAW members their wages.....So just count me out.....But they sure do look pretty....After you can get over the fact that no reg cab is offered....Which I can't.
