2026 Jeep® Commander Debuts In South America​

Refreshed Design, More Tech, and Lower Prices Keep Jeep’s Seven-Seater SUV On Top​

The Jeep® Commander has pulled the covers off its biggest update yet for the 2026 model year in South America. First launched in 2021, the Commander quickly became a leader among seven-seat SUVs in Brazil, selling more than 70,000 units to date. Now, Jeep is giving the locally developed model a fresh design, more high-tech features, and even sharper pricing to keep it competitive in a growing segment.

 
We could have had this restyled and marketed as a Chrysler model and the Rampage built here at Belvedere, instead that plant sat idle for years. Everything has to be a Jeep or a Hemi here while Latin America and EMEA see a healthy cadence of new product introductions.

Would’ve been a great replacement for the Journey under Chrysler with a different name and hopefully a better reputation.
