Car is a beauty. Just placed a bid but I think this one may go sky high. Had a silver '88 TSI back in the day. It was an automatic but still a ton of fun and head turner. I always felt the Conquest TSI had timeless styling. The silver looked so good at night parked at whatever establishment I was frequenting. I remember walking away, looking back, and saying to my buddy, it looks like a spaceship...lol. The remaining unmolested low mileage examples are scarce and likely to fetch big $$. Have a good one!
