Jeep® Wagoneer S and Recon Could Feature Gasoline Powertrains

Im willing to bet it’s going to be like Ford’s Lightning and Mach-E. Hot at first then tank.

Jeep® Wagoneer S and Recon Could Feature Gasoline Powertrains

We know the Wagoneer S and Cherokee KM are sharing a lot. I think adopting ICE option for the Wagoneer S at launch won't be that difficult.

Jeep® Wagoneer S and Recon Could Feature Gasoline Powertrains

If AEV is testing the 4Xe Hurricane I6 HO with their Lvl.2, then it’s either coming soon with the current JL or the next generation. https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/hurricane-high-output-jl-spotted-at-ejs.126853/

A Majority Don’t Consider The Charger Daytona, A Muscle Car!

Ram started using a catchy phrase ""I hear the storm is coming,". Problem is Hurricane is marketed differently with each brand. SST, HO/SO or SixPack. But I agree with having a catchy logo

You know that's going to piss a lot of people off.

A Majority Don’t Consider The Charger Daytona, A Muscle Car!

Because Ram's I6 Cummins proved over the years, that it can hold or better than the competitors' V8s. At this point, Hurricane I6 is promising on paper, but it needs time to prove itself against GM's and Ford's V8 in term of durability and tuning potential for further performance.

A Majority Don’t Consider The Charger Daytona, A Muscle Car!

I hear you, but the management isn't interested in spending R&D money. At least, not the current one. Remember, there was a rumor about HEMI update with 7.0l and I would be interested to see how much HP/TQ, MPG and emissions this engine would have made vs the HO Hurricane.

Dodge Is Working On A Charger Daytona GT RWD Model

Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Chrysler would need to sell both EV and ICE, if they want to succeed on the long term. We have seen the governments pushing hard on EV just to back track when they realized the technology, infrastructure and people are not ready. ICE technology is much matured and it keep...

Alfa Romeo E-Segment SUV Looks To Be Coming In 2026

That platform and ICE engines choices are totally inferior to SCCS/SWUS platform and GSE engine family. One is made with cost reduction in mind, while the other is to excel. Guess which one Stellantis is widely adopting?

Dodge Is Working On A Charger Daytona GT RWD Model

I agree with you, especially that there was the rumored 7.0l HEMI. But, I’m keeping my faith in the Hurricane. But I won’t purchase one yet until another couple of years. By that time, we might either see a more powerful version than a 550hp and how the aftermarket is supporting this platform...

Dodge Is Working On A Charger Daytona GT RWD Model

Wasn’t this new platform Charger supposed to come out in 2020, then kept being delayed for various reasons?

Dodge Is Working On A Charger Daytona GT RWD Model

We have waited since 2020 to get the updated Charger, what another model year or two of waiting is going to harm? If your mind is set on the gas powered Charger, then it is a good idea to wait for Dodge to iron the issues that usually plague them in the first 2 years of production.

Stellantis CEO Has Doubts About Widespread EV Adoption

He’s contradicting himself. We see brands trying or planning to fully transition to EV only. Fiat, Maserati, Alfa, Chrysler even some models like Wrangler.

Select HEMI Engines To Return On 2025 Dodge Durango

@TripleT Do you see Dodge dropping HEMI in the new Charger in 2025? It appears they have overstocked 5.7 and Hellcat.
