Cool, it was just something I came across. I was thinking more along the lines of someone else becoming the title sponsor, I know how Dodge likes to do short term sponsorships.
Unrelated but is the street racing portion of the dream cruise going to still be called roadkill nights? Heard on another site the name was changing....
Ok, still not seeing what that has to do with the topic though. As for John I prefer "family heir who was put in a top position he isn't qualified for in any way shape or form" lol
Well Manley made his challenger "electrification" comment after that article so I assume even if they were potentially on the chopping block they made it through. They'd be very dumb to throw away 150K/yr annual sales and the loyalty that comes with many buyers of those cars.
I hear you but Larry isn't a typical FCA hating jounalist, he's the FCA "guy" at AN as far as I remember and use to be an active poster on the mopar forums before he got the job there. He has a contact(s) in there somewhere. Keep in mind the article is from September 2018 so it could be bunk...

Challenger: As with the Charger, its linemate, one more...
I royally doubt Europe wants a bunch of badge engineered French cars with Fiat badges (that they can already buy, with the French badge) and north America certainly doesn't - what a great way to put the final nail in Chrysler though. This tie up would be a huge money loser all around...

They are listed for an exhibitor conference, but so is everybody else:

Could just be...
If the next generation is fugly with smaller engines and less power or electric assist then I am buying a current hellcat and keeping it forever. Manley himself said, and I quote "it won't be a 700hp engine".
I know that one ^ has the bee emblem peeled off but its pretty noticeable on the cars, stood out from across 6 lanes of traffic. Too bad about black eye, its a good color
