If you’re a diehard Dodge or monster truck fan, then you’ve probably heard of Hall Brothers Racing. And if you haven’t, you’ve seen their wild factory-backed RAMINATOR or RAMMUNITION trucks crushing cars, pulling wheelies, or flying through the air at monster truck shows across the country.

Now in 2025, Hall Brothers Racing is kicking things up a notch with an all-new look and even a new name for one of their legendary Ram monster trucks.

So the regular Two-row Grand Cherokee is what been disappointing the company (always chance Cherokee could take some sales).
IDK you sell a 1/4 million of anything its hard to be disappointed but take rate favors the 3 row... Face it people don't really go off road.

I love out 3row... i dont need a Minivan.

Because No One actually believes that Chrysler can compete with BMW and Mercedes? When has it ever? I quite a buff on history... the space the company occupied most of its existence, has been a premium appointment of existing platforms of its other brands. The rare exception started life as another brand vehicles as those brands were retired. Chrysler can't abandon a position that it never had. Lincoln and Cadillac have transitioned from traditional luxury to Premium SUV/CUVs,

Now under Lutz, he mad a effort but that was funded by the trucks.... Where would we be if Lee's had not gotten in the way of appointing Lutz instead of Eaton.

But yes Premium CUVs is the position they should take. And maybe the fastback ones, I personally HATE those but man people buy them up. Doesn't work as a Jeep for sure. Low, Slippery, and well appointed.
I like the fastback premium SUV's. And I think Chrysler can compete with Mercedes and BMW. If they can't, then they shouldn't be in the car business.

I've been saying that I think a gen2 Hornet should have the fastback profile. It would give it a sportier feel and differentiate it more from the Compass. Put them, a Chrysler MPV, and a compact Ram pickup all on STLA Medium built out of Brampton, and you've got four body styles for four brand on one platform from one plant.

That's great!
@redriderbob
I also feel (just occur to me) the Grand Cherokee L should be "One And Done" and not redesigned/renewed (on STLA Large)....let Grand Cherokee be Grand Cherokee(not premium focus like under Manley's planning, not "Explorer-focus" like Carlos update) ....as the other "iconic Off-Road focused" Jeep(besides the Wrangler).
As Durango is Bad-Butt ,"Cool & aggressive"....Chrysler should be "comfortable people-moving" with "Feminine,Smooth,Elegant".
If people want a 3 Row Jeep ...buy Wagonner.
I agree, the Grand Cherokee L should end at the MSR. It should be moved and refreshed as a Chrysler SUV. It should be up graded with some nicer amenities than the Jeep version. That would be a good size luxury SUV under the Chrysler brand.
The all new 2027 Durango should share the platform with the G.C.L., but keep a “similar/modified look of the current Durango, with a fix to the tail light issue. The Durango is loved so staying inbounds will make it fresh but keep its diehards. If it wasn’t so loved, I am sure it would have never made it this far.
The Grand Wagoneers should remain the top scale Jeep, while Ram should get its own version, but more affordable for someone who needs a big SUV but has a small budget and can’t afford $100K for a GW. It doesn’t have to be as luxurious or as well equipped. More like a large affordable people/family mover. Price it just below GM’s mammoth SUV’s and under cut them. Throw a Ram 1500 nose on it and a low price tag with 2 engine options, the I6 Hurricane or Hemi. You will need either to power the beast.

L sales itself nearly 3/4 of Chryslers volume. No CEO in their right mind would risk those sales by change Marques.

You put Chrysler on it, it sells maybe 1/4 if your lucky, and maybe the same margin drop, if it doesn't go flat to negative.. Jeep keeps it Minivan.

Again not to say Chrysler shouldn't get a 3-Row E-segment vehicle, distinctively Chrysler . but dropping the L would be career suicide. Only can someone from a comfort of Keyboard... a profound misinterpretation of Chryslers market position, push this.

I agree STLA North America should punk 60K or so, abandon a market position, and high Margin Sales to rebrand a product and support another floundering Marque. Was never said in board meeting without a fresh resume and one's personal items packed in a box.
