I think hybrid systems are a smart idea for most vehicles moving forward. At least having certain models of vehicles as hybrids while others are full ICE. It could be a great way to balance out things. just my thoughts.
I think most of us are on the same page about this, give or take some differences in viewpoints. I will say that It would be nice to see an affordable AWD GT model with the Hurricane-4 engine that starts off in the low to mid $30K range. Same 8-speed trans as the 6-pack along with some options...
not trying to rage post. Simply put, more effort needs to be put into American brands and not so much into the foreign brands. I just get tired of seeing so much being done to support the euro market and not ours. It supports the statement you made that no one has brand loyalty. To me, that's...
Golf courses? Beach communities? The rich 1% have enough options for those kinds of vehicles to park in their little private gated communities. No one in the real world with working class people care about that kind of stuff. And you're right, No one left has any kind of brand loyalty and that's...
Cute, but bad idea. It's the smart car all over again.
Fiat works in the Euro market and Latin American market, as does Alfa Romeo, Maserati, etc. Flood those markets with the european brands, the sub 2-liter engines and all of that kind of stuff. The American market needs to just be the...
I'm truly interested to see how the aftermarket takes to this car. While I'm really hoping that Direct Connection will step up to the plate when it comes to this car. I feel like it's going to be the aftermarket that really makes this car special. I'm hoping to get an R/T when it comes out
To me, I guess I look at this way too deeply when it comes to this company and more specifically, the Dodge Charger. Call it passion or obsession, when I look at the potential of this car, I see so many things and so many ways this car could truly encompass all this car has ever been and could...
I'm glad we're supposed to be getting a midsize ram truck sometime in the near future, but can I be greedy for a moment and say that I want a modern Jeep J10 Honcho to go up against the GMC Canyon? Something retro with more of the "electric razor" grille instead of the 7-slot grille? Something...
definitely excited about this car. Still really hoping for a more affordable Charger GT model with the new 2.0L Hurricane-4 and a full hybrid transmission to slot under the R/T priced starting in the mid $30K range.
Agreed. I wasn't a believer of the Daytona until I experienced it first hand. I'm not an EV person but I LOVE the Daytona Scat Pack. While personally I'm completely impressed with the Hurricane-6 and have high hopes for the new Hurricane-4 and would be completely satisfied with just the...
Dodge did a great job with this car in all trim levels. I'm looking forward to owning this car in the near future. Would be nice if Dodge made a GT version with the new 2.0L Hurricane powertrain and an HEV ZF HP8 EVO 8-speed transmission. A car like that at a lower price point than the R/T Six...
If I had to think of 5 Mopar things I am thankful for this holiday season
1. I'm thankful for the promise of hope that this brand will go on and still be the amazing brand that it has been for years to come, offering choices and the freedoms that it has offered for the past decades that it has...
I want to address something that this article brought up because I happened to see it pop up on Google for me earlier and this statement has been floating around on the internet by various articles and Mopar influencers for a few months now. What I want to address is the Supposed "Sub $30K SRT...
Meh, it sounds good, but IDK. It'd be nearly impossible for Chrysler to really market themselves as a "premium mid-tier luxury brand" under the Mopar umbrella seeing that Jeep already holds that title and market. Let's really look at Chrysler over the last decade or so. The 300 was nothing but a...
