I can understand the reaction!
Given some of the audience of GCs don't care about a V or I or slant or CCs, and they want it to pull a boat and go when you press the go pedal, I feel no matter if you are on this board or a Soccer Mom, having to put higher octane fuel in a Turbo will impact...
I have a feeling when you get outside this forum, that this is very true. If I could get a vehicle for $20k that has features and options that I don't have now, even if it is EV, I'll take the plunge versus expending capital of $50k for a similarly featured vehicle. Kia did this for a decade or...
"Despite declining electric vehicle (EV) sales".... is that true, or is the growth slowing? I keep hearing the phrase different ways in different areas but I believe the overall EV sales numbers per year are increasing, and that the growth rate is slowing.
Isn't the price of paint driven by the price of the pigments that are used to generate the color? Is it true that pigments are a resource, and as a result fluctuate in price? Are they considered a commodity (but not necessarily traded)?
The 500 is just not a style hit for US consumers. ICE or BEV, I don't think it will sustainably get any attraction. As a family of a now former 500, getting service was a PITA - as only select dealers would work on the vehicle, and you had to drive 50 miles sometimes to get minor service...
300/Charger build-up skews the data a little. This data would be more valuable with previous sales rate data and build-rate data to see the full picture.
No fault to @redriderbob by any means, he posted data. Armchair analysis and perspectives of the data should factor that in.
With all of...
Yes, this surely requires some serious retrospective of what caused this to not gain attraction or attention. I'm sure so many here have their theories and experiences, but I hope the company does a serious "ride along" to find out why people shy away from them.
While dealer input is valuable...
I missed this until today's post, that the word FIAT is missing from places like the steering wheel, the dashboard, the front cowl, etc. I see that is also missing for the EU version so nothing suggestive I suppose.
I thought the new (old) logo was being reserved for BEVs and the // logo was remaining on ICE? Did I miss that shift somewhere or was it all originally a dream?
Yes, evidence seems to suggest there is a measurable footprint that is resistive to having some autonomy pulled away from them on what kind of power plant to use in their vehicle. I imagine that measurable footprint is highly represented in this forum. What I don't know, beacuse I don't...
I know everyone here loves your ICE, but I had the opportunity to drive a Bolt the other day. I was so impressed with how the car responded to the pedal and the torque. Range envy and charging time aside, that experience coupled with what was suggested in the video above, could make for one...
N.A. Jeep Purists would not want a non-offroad with the "Jeep" brand logo. While it is true, U.S. consumers are not fans of smaller (relatively) vehicles, I imagine the decision was more geared toward many here would be scowl at the addition.
With that said, the body size could make its way...
I get that people will pay premium for a Jeep vehicle. I get that Jeep is a global affinity brand. I can see why Stellantis decided to release this vehicle as a Jeep Wagoneer.
With all of that said, is this not a Chrysler vehicle for N.A.? Maybe that is what the Airflow was and Chris and crew...
