Not likely unless they suddenly changed how they ship 1320's. My 2021 and 2022 were delivered in enclosed trailers. Most likely happened on the dealers lot. From what I understand all cars shipped with drag tires (Demons & 1320's) were always shipped in enclosed trailers.

I have no idea, I had to gather the information on the 2021 and 2022 1320 models by reaching out to actual owners. Mopar sucks at releasing this information to individuals, and I never did get all of the 2021 numbers. The 2022 owners were on it!

The only way to get this information is directly from Dodge via an owner with a VIN number, and then only for their particular car. Dodge is very stingy with it's production information, which is why I am having so much difficulty obtaining the 2021 Challenger 1320 production numbers by color...
