LATAM Head of Design is Peter Fassbender. Not a favorite guy in Fiat circles. Well known for German style Fiat Stilo.

As you see front end looks like a Toro. I doubt that it would have a Toro name.

Toro is extremely popular model in Brazil together with its Jeeps brothers on Small Wide platform. They're not cheap.
