CAUGHT: 2020 Jeep Gladiator Sport S Model Out Testing:

Over the weekend, we showed you pictures of the 2020 Jeep Gladiator Overland out on the public roads of Metro Detroit, testing without all of its heavy camouflage. Now Jeep test drivers have been caught once again by our friends at Real Fast Fotography, testing the 2020 Jeep Gladiator Sport S. Yes, we get to see the value-based Gladiator without its camo and out in public for the first time.

The Gladiator Sport S has 5-spoke aluminum wheels versus the Sport’s steel wheels. See that this particular model has an optional body-color hardtop option as well. The Sport S trim also offers packages like the Technology package, which includes 7-inch Uconnect Touchscreen, Air Conditioning with Auto Temperature Control, Apple CarPlay, 7-inch thin-flim transitor (TFT) Color Display, Android Audio, Integrated Center Stack Radio, SiriusXM with 1-Year Radio Subscription and USB Host Flip.

The rear of this Gladiator shows us it is equipped with the Trailer-Tow Package. The Trailer-Tow Package includes 40-Amp Alternator, Class IV Receiver Hitch, Heavy Duty Engine Cooling and Trailer Hitch Zoom. For those looking at towing heavier toys and trailers, the Gladiator Sport S offers a Max-Tow Package. The Max-Tow Package is exclusive to Sport and Sport S trim levels. The Max-Tow Package includes 240-Amp Alternator, 4.10 Rear Axle Ratio, Anti-Lock 4-Wheel Disc Heavy Duty Breakes, Anti-Spin Differential Rear Axle, Class IV Receiver Hitch, Dana M210 Wide Front Axle, Dana M220 Wide Rear Axle, Daytime Running Lamp System, GVWR of 6,250lbs, Heavy Duty Engine Cooling, Molded-In-Color Fender Flares (2-Piece) and Trailer Hitch Zoom.

All Gladiator models for the 2020 model year will be four-wheel drive (4×4) models.
