CAUGHT: 2019 Ram 3500 Big Horn Crew Cab At Night:
Updated Ram Heavy Duty Pull A Lot Of Influence From It's Little Brother...
We recently showed you pictures of the new 2019 Ram Heavy Duty Big Horn during the day, but now our photographers have caught the truck at night. We heard a lot of feedback of how people love the new looks of the new Heavy Duty trucks. Now after seeing the trucks at day, its time to see the new LED lighting for the Big Horn (Lone Star) and Laramie models at night.
Showing off its new LED signature lighting, the 2019 Ram Heavy Duty Big Horn and Laramie looks similar to its 2019 Ram 1500 counterpart. However, it still has its own distinct enough look to separate the two trucks. With its “big rig” styling, the new LED lighting sure make a statement on the road at night. There will be no doubt that this truck is a new 2019 Ram Heavy Duty coming at you in the darkness of the night.
The 2019 Ram 1500 was hit hard recently during its overall rating by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), due to glare to oncoming traffic from the new LED headlamps. As you can see in this photos, our photographers did not get much glare feedback on their cameras from the new headlamps while the vehicle was turning. Hopefully, this truck has corrected the issue from the 1500 with its distinctive headlamps.
In the rear of the truck, we see those new tail lamps that look very similar to the 5th generation Ram 1500 model’s tail lamps. In the darkness of night, it is hard to tell the Ram 1500 and the new Ram Heavy Duty apart looking at the rear. Even though the two have different bed styles.
The more we see this new Heavy Duty Big Horn on the streets, the more we love it. We can’t wait to see this truck be unveiled in Detroit in less than two months.
